Terms of Service

TorVPN supports freedom of speech and protects your right to say your opinion and do it anonymously.

We do however want to avoid our system from being abused, so we have strict rules about the following:

- Spam (e-mail, web, SMS, VOIP, etc)
- Hacking attacks
- Denial of Service (DoS, DDoS)
- Portscanning, network scanning
- Abuse of personal information
- Child pornography


* TorVPN must not disclose your personal information or activities to a third party without a court order.
* TorVPN reserves the right to suspend accounts without prior notice to the Customer in case of illegal or abusive activities.
* TorVPN is authorized to investigate suspicious cases related to the service, and classify any activities discovered.
* Attempting to bypass security measures or to gain access to an account or process that Customer is not authorized to use is ground for immediate termination without refund.
* It is the Customer's responsibility to secure the use of TorVPN services including but not limited to server processes that run on TorVPN servers, access to the control panel, networking.
* Customer agrees to keep their password secure. If Customer gives anyone else access to their account, Customer will remain legally and financially liable for any and all actions and/or damages incurred through the use of that account.
* TorVPN reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary to preserve the integrity of our network and servers and to protect our Customers from abuse. This includes but is not limited to: instituting temporary blocks on IP address who are receiving Denial of Service attacks, restricting access to certain internet protocols such as ICMP (ping) and UDP traffic and restricting access to certain services on an individual basis.
* If you have any technical issues or other concerns, you agree to contact TorVPN immediately and try to resolve it by providing all relevant information and following any instructions provided by customer support.
* TorVPN has a no refund policy, however in the unlikely event that you are unable to use the service (and have not more than 50 Mbytes of total traffic transferred) even after contacting customer support and cooperating in trying to resolve any technical problems, we will refund your payment.
* TorVPN reserves the right to ask for proof of identification if there is high risk of fraud involved (payments from certain countries, inconsistency of details), even after the service has been activated. The account may be temporarily deactivated until response is received. If proof of identity is not received within 24 hours, the payment is returned.
* There is absolutely no guarantee made for free accounts. They may be deactivated or otherwise restricted at any time without providing a reason.
* For free users, if there is no traffic within 24 hours after the signup, the account may be deactivated in order to allow others (who really do want to use the service) to sign up.
* TorVPN reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
